A sophisticated ranch-house look combined with western decor and subtle cowboy art is what diners will find at the all new Go West Restaurant & Saloon in West Tulsa.
With a menu featuring Contemporary Cowboy Cuisine by Johnny and Aila Wimpy, the cuisine reflects the many influences of the American West.
The 6200 square foot restaurant features an exhibition kitchen where diners can enjoy the culinary production. With sixty seats in the main dining hall, a forty seat private dining room, an additional forty in the saloon and thirty on the patio there is plenty of room to enjoy lunch or dinner as well as any type of private function.
Carefully selected products are selected for ingredients to the menu such as all-natural Oklahoma Beef, artisan goat cheese, locally sourced produce and natural chicken. The culinary team at Go West produces all the breads, tortillas and pastries in-house. Bacon, salad dressings, soups and sauces are all made by hand to provide diners with the highest quality product available at a fair price. The Chef's at Go West will never cut-corners for profit and have instilled that sense of pride and creativity into their culinary team.
Menu items range from hand-formed burgers with hand cut fries or chips to a Bone-in Cowboy Steak with White Bean Succotash and Onion Rings. Big salads and sandwiches at lunch and homemade jalapeno angel hair at dinner are just some of the offerings. The GW Ketchup is made fresh as well as the BBQ Sauce and Steak Sauce. Everything from this kitchen is made from scratch on a daily basis.
